Creminelli Cheddar Salami (5.5 oz). Made by Creminelli, one of the country's premier producers of cured meats, in collaboration with Murray's Cheese of NYC. This salami is made with our very own Cabot Clothbound Cheddar, which lends bright height to this traditional, savory salami. Available exclusively from Murray's Cheese and the Cellars at Jasper Hill.Jan's Farmhouse Crisps (2 oz). Made in Stowe, VT. These crackers are packed full of fresh herbs, fruit & nuts, then sliced thin and toasted to perfection. The result is a light, flavorful snack that pairs beautifully with all of our products. Cabot Clothbound Cheddar (1 pound). Wrapped in cloth and aged in our caves for 10-12 months, this is a bright cheddar with an array of sweet & savory flavors: broth, toasted nuts, butterscotch. Harbison (one wheel, about 10 oz). A soft, pudding-like brie-style cheese wrapped in a strip of spruce cambium harvested from our farm's woodlot. Harbison is a milky, buttery cheese with notes of mushroom, woodsmoke and brassica vegetables when ripe. Bayley Hazen Blue (8 oz). Our signature raw-milk blue made at Jasper Hill Farm. Bayley is often called a "gateway blue" - balanced sweet & salty flavors with undertones of dark chocolate and anise spice.
